Answers only from sources
We are not building an oracle. We are building a library in which every answer has a reference — and when there is no answer, it says so plainly.
Czytelnia is developed by Marciniak IT — a Polish engineering team that believes AI in a company should cite its sources, not replace them with guesswork.
We started from a problem we know from our own projects: a company's knowledge lives in files — contracts, offers, reports, procedures and mailboxes. A keyword search does not understand the question “what notice period do we have with this supplier?”, and going through dozens of PDFs by hand takes hours and still misses things.
That is why we built Czytelnia: a private library in which a question asked in plain language finds the right passages in the documents, and the answer is written only from those passages — with a reference to the document and the page. It is the technique called RAG (retrieval-augmented generation), made usable by the whole company, not just the IT department.

Your documents remain yours: isolation per company, accounts by invitation only, and an operator with no view of the content.
Full test coverage of the back end, a security review with every change, and technical decisions recorded together with their reasons.
Under the bonnet. Answers are written by an enterprise-grade large language model, the meaning of the text is captured by specialised embedding models, and the data and vectors live in a single database optimised for semantic search. Every provider sits behind an interchangeable interface — with no lock-in to a single vendor.
